Installing the module

The procedure is simple, and you only need the compressed file of the module. Even so, it is necessary to meet some minimum requirements to guarantee the functioning of the module:

  • For version 1.6 or 1.7
  • Admin permissions

To start the installation, access Modules and Services and look for a button called Add new module, on the top right.< /p>

Click on it and a tab will open just below it with the Select a file button on the right.

Click on this and a file explorer will open,where you should search for the module's compressed file. When you've found it, select it, and click Open.

Finally, click on Upload this module, to carry out the installation.

Configuration of the usual payment method module

In the information section you can update the customer table to allow regular payment.

If you have imported clients or some clients do not appear in the usual payment list, click on the “Add clients” button. This will add them to the list

  • Settings

  • Active module: Allows you to activate or deactivate the module.
  • Default text: Sets the default text that will be displayed in the purchase process when the customer selects a payment method. Among the available payment methods, the customer will have this text as an option. As explained later, it can be customized for each client.
  • Active for new users by default: This option allows you to activate the usual payment option for all new users of the web. By default it is set to “NO”.
  • Order status: Set the status you want the order to have once the customer has processed the purchase using this payment method. By default it appears as "Payment accepted"
